Senior Content and Communications Lead

Bertec is seeking a Content and Communications Lead to transform clinical, scientific, and practitioner expertise into clear, credible content that educates the market and supports meaningful commercial engagement. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, science, and strategy, developing high-quality written, video, and event-based content that resonates with clinicians, researchers, and performance leaders across healthcare and sports. Working closely with internal experts, customers, and external contributors, this individual will produce educational materials, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership that demonstrates real-world impact and strengthens Bertec’s reputation in human movement analysis. LinkedIn content Website articles and resources Customer newsletters Announcements and thought leadership Content Production and Coordination Work with internal and external contributors to produce high-quality content. Responsibilities include: Coordinating graphic design support Managing video or media contractors when needed Ensuring consistent messaging and tone Organizing content for use across campaigns and events Educational Content Development Work closely with internal technical experts and customers to capture real-world insights and produce clear, credible educational content that communicates how practitioners and organizations measure and analyze human movement. Content may include: Clinical and technical guides Protocol explanations Expert interviews Long form articles Practitioner-focused educational materials Webinar and Educational Programming Coordinate and produce educational webinars and expert discussions that educate the market while supporting engagement with prospective customers. Responsibilities include: Identifying relevant topics Preparing speakers and moderators Developing supporting materials Promoting webinars through various marketing channels Capturing content for reuse across multiple channels Customer Stories and Case Studies Demonstrate practical value through stories that capture and communicate real-world examples of how organizations use Bertec technology. Content may include: Product implementations in clinics, hospitals, and other settings Sports performance applications Research use cases Conference and Event Content Support Bertec’s presence at industry conferences and regional educational events, and produce content that can be repurposed into articles, videos, and educational materials. Responsibilities include: Speaker preparation and presentation support Event messaging and content Post-event summaries and insights Interviews with guest speakers and practitioners Qualifications Experience 5 to 8 years in content development, communications, journalism, or technical writing. Experience translating technical or scientific topics into clear communications is strongly preferred. Preferred backgrounds include: Healthcare technology or medical devices Sports performance technology Research or academic environments Skills Comfort engaging with clinicians, researchers, and technical staff is important. Strong candidates demonstrate ability in: Long-form writing and storytelling Interviewing experts and practitioners Translating technical concepts into accessible language Content planning and editorial organization Webinar and educational content production Mindset This role requires both editorial judgment and hands-on content creation.
