Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeEnsures compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies.Ensures timely, relevant, and accurate financial information is provided to the corporate office.Strives to enhance hospital visibility by engaging with the community regarding mental health and substance abuse needs.Supervises the Leadership Team and functions as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.Meets or exceeds facility budget expectations.Collaborates with medical staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality medical care.Assures adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members and delegates these responsibilities as appropriate.Provides positive guest relations, ensures an attractive and well-maintained physical plant, and ensures a professional and courteous hospital staff.Expresses ideas effectively in individual, public, and group situations and works collaboratively to find solutions to problems.
