Process Technician

Process Technician
Location: Greater Houston, TX
Industry: Automotive Parts Manufacturing
Support production processes by setting up machines, tools, and fixtures for daily operations.
Monitor production line performance, identify simple process deviations, and adjust parameters.
Assist engineers in process trials, sample runs, and improvement activities.
Provide training and support for operators on proper work methods and safety practices.
Collect production data, record process parameters, and report abnormalities.
Participate in preventive maintenance and ensure production continuity.
Requirements:
Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
13 years of experience in process/production support in automotive or mechanical parts.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
Strong hands-on ability, willing to work closely with operators on the shop floor.
Basic problem-solving mindset, mechanical aptitude preferred.
