Senior Functional Consultant

Senior Functional Consultant Location: 1501 LBJ Freeway, Suite 140, Dallas, TX 75234 (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may telecommute) Responsibilities Implement and support products like Demand Planning and Supply Planning. Provide solutions for usability and uptime by resolving customer issues, ensuring data load accuracy, and validating end‑to‑end workflows. Identify design issues in existing setups and solve business problems through configuration and deployment. Translate business logic to technical platform design, including platform infrastructure. Apply advanced post‑go‑live knowledge for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases. Ensure customer SLAs are met. Increase user adoption by conducting periodic reviews with the customer, collecting feedback, and working with R&D to integrate improvements. Mentor junior analysts/consultants. Develop data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI. Utilize statistical, optimization, and simulation skills via R and Python to create planning functional test cases and track bugs/issues to closure. Utilize databases such as SQL Server and MySQL. Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or foreign equivalent. At least 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Demand Planning and Supply Planning products. Experience creating planning functional test cases and tracking bugs/issues using R and Python. Advanced knowledge of post‑go‑live maintenance, debugging, and enhancement of planning use cases. Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases. Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
