Regional Sales Manager - CO/AZ/MN - Sustainability Solutions

Responsibilities

Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Direct regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets
Provide full people management for assigned teams including performance coaching
Lead team capability development for long-term regional success
Apply business knowledge to resolve complex issues beyond immediate functional area

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 8 years progressive professional experience
Demonstrated sales leadership and team management experience
Strategic execution and business planning capabilities
Comprehensive understanding of sales discipline concepts and principles
Broader business knowledge to address cross-functional issues

Compensation: $130,000 base salary plus eligibility for commission and bonuses
