eCommerce Manager – $130,000 - Denver, CO

R2 have teamed up with a leading sporting goods brand that is going through an exciting period of growth and are now looking for a dedicated and hands-on eCommerce Manager to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced eCommerce professional to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the online business, helping to drive sales, improve the customer journey and continue developing the brand’s digital presence.
As their eCommerce Manager, you will have a strong understanding of Shopify and performance marketing while being comfortable working across multiple areas of the eCommerce function. You’ll play an important role in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing the online experience and supporting the wider commercial strategy.
What they are looking for:
Strong eCommerce Management experience within a consumer-facing business
Expert-level knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus
Expertise lay within SEO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing etc.
Light Shopify development experience
Understanding of eCommerce analytics, website performance and conversion optimization
Experience managing and optimizing product listings, content and online merchandising
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on driving online revenue
Ability to identify opportunities and turn data into actionable improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
