You're a licensed architect with 10+ years of project leadership and project management. You catch coordination issues early, push consultants for real answers, and give clients straight information. You're comfortable being the face of a project — delivering good news and hard news the same way, and holding your ground when scope, schedule, or budget need protecting. You know when a technical issue calls for the CEO's involvement, and you see that as good judgment, not a limitation. If you're ready for a role where your judgment, follow-through, and project ownership set the standard for the team around you, let's talk!You Value: Leadership, Predictability, QualityHow you’ll spend your day:Leading small and midsize projects, and supporting the CEO on larger or more complex ones, from early design through construction administrationOwning day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, contractors, CEO, and internal team, including updates, meeting recaps, decisions needed, and next stepsReviewing drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and constructabilityDirecting full trade coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and other consultantsTracking schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, and client decision pointsManaging construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, and open issue tracking with CEO input on complex issuesMentoring Project Architects, Designers, and other team members while holding the team accountable to deadlines and quality expectationsTraveling to project sites up to 30% depending on project and firm needsWhat you bring to the table:A licensed architect with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture10+ years of professional architectural experience, including 5+ years in a project manager role - hospitality, aviation, or restaurant experience is a strong plusAt least 3 years of construction administration experience, including full lifecycle responsibility on assigned projectsStrong technical detailing skills, with deep experience coordinating construction documents across structural, MEP, civil, and other tradesAdvanced Revit proficiency and solid technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and code coordinationClear, confident communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and your internal teamA portfolio of work demonstrating your project leadership and technical detailingNCARB Certification, Autodesk Forma/Construction Cloud experience, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience are all plusesBased in the Denver metro area, within 50 miles of Denver International AirportWhat you’ll enjoy when you join us:$110,000–$125,000, plus annual discretionary bonus eligibilityA nice suite of benefits and remote work arrangementOpportunity to gain experience in a variety of project typesGoldstone Partners is helping this successful, growing firm find seasoned pros to join us.
