Office Representative We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive office work, accounts payable, and general office clerk duties. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage daily deposits efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform automotive office tasks including managing customer records and coordinating with service departments. Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely. Handle daily deposits and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation. Provide general office clerk support such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls. Maintain organized office files and records. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive office work preferred. Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures. Strong organizational and clerical skills. Ability to handle daily deposits accurately. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
