Job Description And Duties Under general supervision of the Assistant Chief Counsel within the Circular Economy and Regulations Development Section, and the general direction of the Chief Counsel within the Legal Affairs Office, the Attorney IV is responsible for providing legal services, including legal research, analysis, and recommendations related to complex and sensitive issues. These positions will involve development of program regulations and administrative enforcement. The Attorney IV may personally perform the most difficult and complex legal work within the Circular Economy and Regulations Development Section. Some of these duties will require in-person presence.
