Program Officer, Health Care

As Program Officer on the Stand Together Trust team you will drive cultural adoption of our principles through strategic partnerships, grantmaking, and thought leadership. The most prominent areas of engagement include mental health, where you will champion upstream interventions that address root causes and build youth resilience, and the culture of health, where you will advance personal agency and ownership to empower individuals to live healthier lives and take greater control of their well‑being. You will build and maintain partnerships with key individuals and organizations in these and adjacent areas, driving cultural and systemic change that puts people in control of their well‑being. In this role you will work alongside committed colleagues and partners to make a life‑changing impact on the lives of individuals every single day. How You Will Contribute Advance cultural adoption of Stand Together’s principles through grantmaking primarily in mental health and the culture of health, building a portfolio strategy that works cohesively towards common goals Build partnerships with key individuals and organizations, developing and maintaining relationships that drive cultural adoption of our principles and advance our strategic vision Collaborate closely with internal teams and external leaders to design and execute strategies that drive cultural change, build youth resilience through upstream interventions, and empower individuals to take ownership of their health Identify areas of growth for the portfolio and optimize existing grants to continue driving towards strategic outcomes, including coordination with internal capabilities and development of best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and learning What You Will Bring 8+ years’ experience with strategic relationship management, ideally within a program management or grant‑making role Ability to work closely with external leaders to both partner with their organizations and help them launch new organizations and initiatives to drive cultural change in mental health and the culture of health Strong degree of professionalism and knowledge of mental health, youth resilience, health empowerment and well‑being.
