Location

Jupiter, Florida — full-time, on-site. This opportunity is ideal for a legal assistant who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, and a collaborative office team.

Note

Candidates must have 3+ years of legal assistant experience. Estate planning and probate experience is preferred but is not required and will be considered a soft-screen qualification.

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys handling estate planning, probate, and related matters.
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
• Coordinate client meetings, appointments, calls, and other communications.
• Communicate professionally with clients and assist with gathering information and documentation.
• Support attorneys with deadlines, filings, document preparation, and case-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files.
• Assist with client intake, engagement documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Track important deadlines and help ensure matters move forward efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal assistant experience.
• Estate planning and probate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and client-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred.
