RN - Acute CareShift Details: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours per week.Job Order Details: Start date 09/28/2026, end date 01/03/2027, duration 13 weeks.Client Details: City Lake Havasu City, State AZ, Zip Code 86403, Trauma Level Level 3.Cancellation Policy: Provider or facility can cancel assignment with minimum 2 week notice with no penalty. $1,500 cancellation fee without 2 weeks notice, for both providers and facility. Facility can cancel 2 shifts per 13 week contract with no penalty - guaranteed hours only apply at 3rd cancellation. Right to hire with no penalty after 13 week assignment completed. Late cancellation of shift by client affiliate or HealthTrust: pay subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours. Cancelled before 12 p.m. client affiliate time business day prior to shift for per diem staff - no charge. Cancelled after 12 p.m. client affiliate time business day prior to shift for per diem staff.
