NOW HIRING: Contract Service & Support Analyst | Onsite

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overview

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Contract Service & Support Analyst to join a growing team in San Diego. This position is responsible for reviewing customer service agreements, analyzing contract requirements, supporting sales and service teams, and ensuring customer support agreements meet company standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in contract administration, customer support, service operations, business analysis, quoting, or commercial contract review.

Job Duties

Review customer service agreements and contract requests
Analyze contract terms, service levels, warranties, and support requirements
Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Service Operations, and Technical teams
Research products and determine eligibility for support agreements
Validate product information, serial numbers, and configurations
Identify contract or support issues and recommend solutions
Maintain contract documentation and response records
Assist with quoting, contract renewals, and customer support processes
Manage Salesforce cases, emails, and assigned projects
Provide clear communication regarding contract and support requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, commercial contracting, customer support, service operations, business analysis, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Technical Skills required: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint
