BLENDER OPERATOR

Blender OperatorKENT Worldwide™ is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Consumer Brands division as a Blender Operator. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for executing mixing operations in the blending room, adhering to the daily blend schedule, and meeting production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure product consistency and support efficient manufacturing processes across our facility.The compensation range for this role is $18 to $20 an hour, in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reads schedule/work order sheets (formulas) and confirms raw material ingredients and lot numbers of all raw materialsInspects the quality and integrity of all raw materials used. Stops all production if there are issues regarding material quality.Reads and understands formulas and mixing instructions and follows sequence, screening and mix time requirementsMeasures/weighs raw materials and counts accuratelySafely cleans and sanitizes blending equipment following defined procedures for cleaning and sanitizingMaintains neat and accurate daily production recordsMaintains a clean and sanitary work areaSafely stacks bags on palletEnsures blending rooms are kept clean and organizedEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist for 50% or more of shift.Ability to stand for long periods.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
