HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DIE CUTTER FEEDER IN WOODRIDGE, IL 

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Die Cutter Feeder to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the movement of raw materials around the Die-Cutter, from receiving material from shipping to transferring material to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Material handling, must have the ability to read and write instructions and correspondence, and much more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20-$21/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday- Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm plus overtime and weekends, must be willing to train on 1st shift 
• Located in Woodridge, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives sheets/loads of material from the shipping department
• Preps sheets/loads and stages for the Die-Cutting Process
• Restacks loads of material for a clean edge as needed to ensure a clean cut
• Assists the Die-Cutter operator with make readies as needed
• Reviews job ticket and selects the proper type and quantity of material
• Feeds material during machine run in a continuous, efficient manner
• Inspects material for defects or damage
• Positions image on sheet according to layout provided
• Sets up and operates the mechanical Die-Cutter feeder
• Empties all waste receptacles as needed, replaces with empty bins
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed
• Creates and affixes pallet tags which identify material, mfr. lot#, and job information
• Moves cut loads to appropriate department for next step processing
• Retrieves stock as necessary for jobs.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Experience in Material handling preferred
• Experience in Feeding a Die-Cutter a plus
• Must have the ability to read and write instructions and correspondence.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Must pass the basic reading test.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
• Must have the ability to operate heavy material handling machinery (electric pallet jack, fork lift, reach truck).
• Must have the ability to meet and/or pass the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.
• Must have experience with or become comfortable with radio frequency scanning device.
• Must be comfortable with the use of computers for finding information, entering information, writing and sending email.
• Must be able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
