What You'll Be Doing High volume of outbound calls per day Engage homeowners using provided call scripts and lead lists Build rapport and identify qualified prospects Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives Accurately document conversations and appointment details in our CRM Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the day Consistently meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and results This position focuses exclusively on appointment setting—you will not be responsible for closing sales. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication skills Positive attitude and strong resilience Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer proficiency Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a call center is preferred Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay $200 bonus for every closed re-roof project generated from your appointments Full-time opportunity Paid training and ongoing coaching Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow as our inside sales team expands Why Bigfoot Roofing & Construction?
