What You’ll Do Support branch operations: Provide timely assistance to Retail associates by answering questions related to account opening, account maintenance, teller transactions, retail systems, and operational procedures. Research and resolve issues: Investigate operational questions, interpret policies and procedures, and provide clear guidance that supports consistent branch execution. Serve as a trusted resource: Help banking center associates navigate systems, regulatory requirements, and day‑to‑day operational processes while delivering outstanding internal customer service. Monitor operational activities: Complete reports, track operational data, and follow up on outstanding items to support Branch Administration and leadership. Support department initiatives: Assist with procedure updates, system enhancements, operational projects, and other initiatives that improve branch efficiency and effectiveness. Provide team coverage: Partner with fellow Branch Operations Specialists to ensure continuous support for banking centers across the organization. Promote compliance: Apply Bank policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting consistent execution throughout the retail network. What We’re Looking For High school diploma required 5+ years of branch banking, teller, customer service, or branch operations experience preferred Previous experience as a Branch Operations Coordinator, Teller Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred Strong knowledge of retail banking products, account opening, account maintenance, teller operations, and branch procedures Experience using retail banking systems, including teller, account servicing, and sales platforms Ability to interpret and apply Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business applications Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while using a computer and telephone Ability to communicate effectively with associates through verbal and written communication Ability to review detailed information and documentation requiring close visual attention Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
