We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist who is positive, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where patient care is always the top priority.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
• Practice Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-focused
• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene services
• Deliver exceptional patient care through education, communication, and relationship-building
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support practice goals and patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with office protocols
• Contribute positively to a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Previous dental hygiene experience required
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and office success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for patient education and preventive care

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
