About the role

Top Dollar Car is a fast-growing vehicle buying company based in Jacksonville, FL. We've built a system that works: we partner directly with Kelley Blue Book to generate a consistent stream of motivated seller leads, and our customer care team handles most of the outreach and appointment scheduling so you're never cold calling. 
In this role, you'll manage the full purchase process from inspection to signed paperwork.

Responsibilities 

• Meet with customers in person to evaluate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle inspections and condition reports
• Explain offers clearly and professionally
• Complete purchase documentation accurately
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Prior sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain pricing and value confidently
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
