Beaverton Kia is seeking talented and experienced sales professionals to join our growing team, selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. If you have at least one year of prior sales experience, especially in automotive sales, we want to hear from you. Bilingual in Spanish? What You'll Do

• Guide customers through their car buying journey with professionalism and confidence
• Present and explain vehicle options, features, pricing, warranties, and financing solutions
• Maintain accurate sales records and up-to-date customer profiles in our CRM system
• Handle inbound leads (phone, internet, showroom) and follow up promptly
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering world-class customer service
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and promotions
• Participate in regular training and dealership meetings
• Represent the dealership in a clean, courteous, and professional manner

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience (automotive sales highly preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations
• Reliable, motivated, and professional appearance and demeanor
• Quick learner with a willingness to continually improve
• Bilingual in Spanish? You'll move to the top of our interview list Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screening
