What You’ll Do As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the shop—connecting customers with solutions and ensuring their vehicles stay safe and reliable. Warmly greet customers in person and by phone using our professional standards Listen carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly document their needs Review service history, inspect vehicles, and verify repair requirements Recommend products and services confidently and clearly Accurately prepare quotes, timelines, and repair orders Communicate status updates throughout the day Review completed work, explain warranties, and handle checkout Follow up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction Track all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer Support the team with other duties as needed What You Bring to the Team High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a process‑driven environment Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays (but never Sundays!)
