Senior Universal Banker III (Floater) Location: Folsom, CA Full-Time | Retail / Business Banking About the Opportunity Are you a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys working closely with both consumer and business clients? We’re hiring a Senior Universal Banker III to join a fast-growing, community-focused bank. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor while also supporting branch operations and mentoring team members. Client Advisory & Business Development Build and deepen relationships with consumer and business clients Recommend tailored financial solutions across checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and lending products Support business clients with Treasury Services, RDC, and related solutions Participate in local networking and community events to drive new business Operations & Compliance Open, manage, and service complex consumer and business accounts Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, KYC , and internal policies Review and approve complex transactions while maintaining audit readiness Monitor reports and maintain strong fraud prevention controls Leadership & Team Support Mentor junior bankers and support team development Partner with the Branch Manager on sales initiatives and performance goals Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and a client-first approach What We’re Looking For 3+ years of retail banking experience (teller + new accounts) Strong experience with business banking and client relationships Knowledge of compliance, risk, and branch operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office Notary Public (or willingness to obtain) Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
