Customer Care Coordinator

Customer Care Coordinator The Customer Care Coordinator is accountable for all functions from the initial review of provider information to securing provider and client data up front, allowing for a quicker and smoother process for the customer. What You’ll Do Pre‑population of CVs and provider information received into the company database. Request, collect, and map client applications into the company database. Outreach to the provider’s office for discrepancy and missing information. Work with provider or group by phone, email, or mail regarding onboarding status. Assist and develop contact sheets for provider’s previous work history and insurance coverage. Develop and implement the company’s Customer Care strategies, working with all specialty teams. Communicate with clients via phone and/or email to determine preferences and maintain database checklists. Review and understand trends to maintain the department’s success. Work independently and collaboratively as a team player. Able to shift focus and direction quickly. Clearly communicate issues to management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relevant experience. Credentialing or physician licensing experience preferred.
