General Summary: Under general supervision, the ERP Associate provides expertise, technical assistance, and administrative support to business applications utilized by People and Culture (P&C), Finance, and relevant program divisions. The ERP Associate supports system updates, interface improvements, reporting projects, and system automation. Responsibilities include user support, training, data integrity, security, reporting, and maintaining application modules. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Preferred experience: WD Financials (including Grants Management, Suppliers, Core Accounting), Adaptive Insights. Within a team environment, responsibilities include: Administration & Application Support (80%) Reporting (20%) Job Specifications Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 years in application/user administration, 1 year using Workday ERP. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web conferencing, data visualization. Basic relational database knowledge. Ability to interpret specifications and data needs. Additional details: N/A travel; hybrid work environment; background checks including Live Scan, health clearance, DMV, Child Development Permit, CPR, and federal checks as applicable. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Workday HCM modules, security, and reporting.
