Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a growing consumer products organization looking to add an FP&A Analyst to their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of FP&A experience who enjoys working with data, building financial insights, and partnering with leaders across the business. Reporting directly to Finance leadership, this role offers strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. Compensation $85,000 to $95,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Perform variance and trend analysis Assist with financial modeling and ad hoc projects Maintain financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs Partner with cross-functional teams to track budgets and projects Support key business initiatives and operational projects Qualifications 2+ years of FP&A experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive, Workday, Anaplan, Board, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to turn complex financial data into actionable business insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
