Advertising Account Manager - SMB Lifecycle Growth (Prefer Bilingual)

Job Title: Global SMB Lifecycle Growth Operations Manager - Ads Position Type: Contractor Location: San Jose, CA Salary Range: $60-70/hr (USD) Job ID#: 163596 Responsibilities Identify TikTok SMB advertisers’ pain points throughout the entire lifecycle from lead nurturing, onboarding, to early‑stage retention and reactivation. Design lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive business metrics across all channels, including in‑platform channel, Email, SMS, Voice Call, Whatsapp, etc. Collaborate with product and RD teams to utilize AI for automatic and personalized marketing campaigns. Oversee the performance of all channels for reaching advertisers and keep devising strategies to improve channel coverage and customer engagement. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with deep understanding in Ads and Growth. 3 years and above experience in B2B lifecycle marketing is preferred. Profound customer‑centric mindset, able to design content copies from customers’ perspective. Excellent data analysis skills and a strong goal‑oriented mindset. Adept at uncovering insights from data, identifying core issues and driving strategy optimization to achieve business targets. Outstanding cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills across different time zones. Bilingual (Fluent English and Mandarin speaking skills) are required. Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more.
