Marketing Project Manager

Role Description The Marketing Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Redwood City, CA. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support Tumeryk’s brand awareness, product adoption, and demand generation goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, overseeing creative and content production, and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns. The Marketing Project Manager will track performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize processes to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business priorities. This role also involves coordinating with vendors and partners, documenting project plans, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management and organization skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple marketing initiatives effectively. Candiadtes must be comfortable with AI tools for content and inage generation Candidates must be able to work with marketing design tools Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and to present project updates clearly. Candidates should possess budgeting and basic financial management skills to estimate costs, manage marketing spend, and report on budget adherence. Candidates should possess marketing knowledge and experience, including campaign coordination, content and creative oversight, and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B or enterprise technology marketing, familiarity with AI or cybersecurity sectors, proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com), and data‑driven decision‑making skills. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
