Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to expand referrals across the Kansas City Metro. You will engage physicians, hospitals, and community partners to deliver continued care in the service area. The role requires a self-starter mindset and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, plus the ability to market hospice services while building durable relationships.
