For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a global high-tech firm with a leading platform portfolio and international operations. This role will focus on defining and driving strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management of service-related products that enable scalable delivery and outstanding customer experiences. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA. Define and own product vision and roadmap for services platforms. Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, UX, GTM, and Operations. Support executive discussions with data-driven insights. Prioritize product features based on business impact and customer needs. Drive operational scalability through automation and process improvement. Partner on pricing and monetization strategies to maximize product value. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 8–12+ years in Product Management or Services Strategy roles. Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud services, or cybersecurity. Proven ability to lead initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation abilities. Experience defining KPIs and product lifecycle metrics. Proficiency with modern product management tools and frameworks. Flexible, proactive mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
