Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in expanding zTrip’s local visibility, building community relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This position is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys networking, creating partnerships, promoting a brand, and engaging with the local business community.

Working closely with local leadership, this individual will help identify new opportunities, coordinate outreach efforts, and support marketing initiatives that contribute to the continued success of the Nashville market.

Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:Market Growth & Relationship Development

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders
• Identify new opportunities to increase market presence and ridership
• Develop partnerships that support long-term growth and community engagement
• Generate and manage prospective business leads
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients and partners
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects and stakeholders
• Track outreach activities and opportunities using CRM systems

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Manage and grow engagement across local social media platforms
• Represent zTrip at community events, networking functions, and public outreach opportunities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Coordinate grassroots marketing efforts throughout the Birmingham area
• Create engaging content that promotes brand awareness and community involvement
• Support local advertising and visibility efforts

Team Support & Operations

• Assist with recruiting events and hiring outreach initiatives
• Support communication efforts with drivers and team members
• Help maintain positive customer relationships and service satisfaction
• Provide administrative and organizational support to local leadership
• Assist with special projects and market development initiatives as needed

Community Engagement

The Market Development Coordinator will serve as a visible representative of zTrip throughout the Nashville community by actively participating in:

• Chamber of Commerce events
• Local networking groups and business associations
• Entrepreneur and startup community gatherings
• Community festivals, expos, and outreach events
• Economic development and business growth initiatives

Qualifications of a Brand Ambassador:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident networking and relationship-building abilities

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in marketing, community outreach, business development, sales, or customer relations is preferred
