A Day in the Life: As a Draftsman / Designer at NBC, your work is both creative and grounded in real-world execution. Your day may begin meeting with homeowners to understand their goals - whether it's a full renovation, custom addition, or exterior transformation. You'll listen carefully and translate their ideas into practical, buildable concepts. From there, you'll move into design development: drafting plans, refining layouts, coordinating structural and MEP details, and ensuring each design aligns with both client expectations and construction realities.
