This senior leadership role combines clinical excellence with business acumen to drive operational performance, quality care, and growth across a regional network of physical therapy facilities. The ideal candidate will provide executive leadership while ensuring all locations deliver exceptional patient outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple physical therapy locations within a designated geographic districtDevelop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, improve operational efficiency, and drive clinic growthEnsure clinical excellence and compliance with all regulatory requirements across all locationsRecruit, develop, and mentor clinic directors, establishing clear performance expectations and accountabilityMonitor key performance indicators including patient outcomes, productivity metrics, and financial resultsBuild and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizationsCollaborate with executive leadership to align district operations with organizational goalsIdentify market opportunities for service expansion and new clinic developmentOversee capital expenditure planning and budgeting for regional clinicsChampion a positive culture focused on exceptional patient care and employee engagementQualifications:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program, or eligibility to obtain, preferredCurrent physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in progressively responsible management rolesProven track record of successful multi-site healthcare managementDemonstrated business acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planningStrong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, compliance regulations, and quality metricsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with healthcare technology systems and data-driven decision makingAbility to travel regularly between clinic locations within the district (approximately 20-30%)What We Offer:Join our leadership team and experience a workplace that truly values your expertise and vision.
