This position offers flexible scheduling, a hybrid work environment, and long‑term professional growth within a systems‑driven, integrity‑focused company. Key Responsibilities Perform residential home inspections in accordance with NCHILB Standards of Practice Document findings and produce clear, accurate, and timely inspection reports Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and team members Maintain safe work practices in crawlspaces, attics, roofs, and other confined areas Represent Guardian Real Estate Inspections with professionalism and integrity Compensation & Earnings Structure Yearly Earnings Range: Typically $55,000–$85,000+, depending on inspection volume and experience.
