We use modern tools and technology – iPads for estimates, good scheduling software, quality equipment.Must Have: Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumber License Clean driving record 1-5 years of experience as a journeyman Positive attitude and team player mindset Problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyWhat We'd Love: Residential service experience Comfortable with technology (tablets, Service Titan, etc.) Someone who wants to grow and learnWe're looking for someone who's ambitious but not cocky, skilled but still eager to learn, and professional but real with customers. If you're burned out on corporate politics or tired of working for companies that don't invest in their people, we might be a good fit. Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
