Now lead from the front—where your expertise shapes how an entire team delivers care. What You’ll Do Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily. Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track. Raise the bar: train others, solve the problems no one else can, and turn lessons into better systems.
