Business AnalystAs a Business Analyst, you will join a team of analytics professionals across the globe that own our Planning data and deliver Enterprise Reporting & insights to drive the business. You’ll be involved Globally and in multiple Geographies managing high-quality data products on a weekly basis. The role will require interfacing with internal and external partners to ensure Converse Global Planning has the data it needs to run the business. You’ll also be involved in key strategic global projects on an as-needed basis.The successful candidate is passionate about data & analytics with excellent communication and teamwork skills.What You Bring2+ years of experience working with complex, global data products including reviewing for data quality, accuracy & problem resolution2+ years of experience logging, managing and solving tickets within an incident ticketing systemExperience elevating key issues, risks & decisions to management for quick resolutionExperience documenting key processes in an easy-to-understand mannerAttention to detail – proactively ensure key data products are working as intended by managing the data alerting processExperience translating data & analytics to insightsWorking knowledge of Scrum and agile principlesComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsExperience working with Snowflake, Tableau and Sigma is idealWhat You Will Work OnEnsure Global & Geo Data Products that support Global & Geo Dashboarding have accurate data. Monitor data products, escalate any issues to management to resolution & provide support in resolutionDocument the existing data maintenance process. Summarize the current-state, document inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to the existing processSupport key Global projects as neededRequired Skills: TableauThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
