We are hiring a Head of Operations to build and run the operating system of the business. This is not a support role. You will: Build systems Enforce execution, Create total visibility, Hold departments accountable, Remove the CEO from day-to-day operations. The Role We are hiring a Head of Operations to build and run the operating system of the business. This is not a support role. WHAT YOU WILL OWN SYSTEMS Build and install SOPs across: Sales → Production → Delivery Content + show launches Ensure everything runs through a centralized system (Monday.com) REPORTING Build a weekly scoreboard across: Active projects Deadlines Performance Efficiency / margins The business should be understandable in minutes, not meetings. ACCOUNTABILITY Every project has: an owner a timeline a clear outcome Originals Marketing AI + LEVERAGE Implement AI across: reporting forecasting capacity planning Build systems that tell us what’s coming—not just what happened. CAPACITY + SCALE Align pipeline with team capacity Identify bottlenecks early Help scale output without breaking the system WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 Days: Full visibility across all projects Clean, enforced workflows Weekly reporting in place Clear accountability across teams Bottlenecks identified and addressed Ongoing: Projects delivered on time, on budget Leadership aligned and accountable CEO focused on growth, not operations WHO THIS IS FOR You are: A builder and operator , not a talker Someone who has stepped into chaos and fixed it Obsessed with clarity, systems, and execution Fast, direct, and low-ego WHO THIS IS NOT FOR Project managers Corporate operators People who need structure instead of building it EXPERIENCE Built and scaled operational systems inside a growing company Owned execution across multiple teams Strong with tools like Monday.com (or similar) Actively using AI to improve workflows and decision-making STRUCTURE Full-time On site at IRONCLAD HQ in Virginia Beach Direct line to CEO FINAL NOTE If you’ve done this before, you’ll recognize what this is.
