Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLP License with GaPSC Certification required for SLPs/CFs
• SLP Assistants require a Bachelor’s degree and GaPSC certification
• Open to Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPAs
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential
• Commitment to onsite service; virtual/remote work not available

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services across two high schools, working closely with education teams at Empower and EJCHS
• Serve a caseload of 45 students, providing both direct therapy and consultative support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other support providers to optimize learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development and implementation
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment in primarily program classrooms
• Provide individualized and small group therapy sessions, as scheduled
