Advance Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Partner with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Utilize a measurement‑based care approach and an EMR system to track outcomes and inform treatment plans. Perform in‑person visits primarily during the initial phase and schedule follow‑up visits via telehealth, following a hybrid work schedule. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Georgia. Active DEA license. Passion for high‑quality care and excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records. Experience working in an outpatient advance practice provider role, with a preference for those with over one year of professional experience.
