You'll start your day greeting guests with a warm smile, checking them in and ensuring they feel right at home. Answering inquiries, coordinating reservations, and addressing special requests will keep you on your toes, so be ready to showcase your multitasking skills. Expect to assist with problem-solving to ensure every guest's experience is memorable.

Your schedule will be flexible, with rotating shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, allowing you to experience the hotel during its busiest and most exciting times. Attention to detail is crucialyou'll be handling reservations and billing, so accuracy is key! The ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure will keep you on top of the fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel property management systems are also important. Cash handling, basic accounting skills, and a flair for hospitality training or prior hotel front-desk experience will further enhance your success. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus, helping you connect with a broader range of guests!
