AMBSIMS & Associates Corp is seeking dedicated Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our team in Stockton, California. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients. Responsibilities: Operate and drive trucks with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) to transport goods over long distances Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving, and retain fuel/toll receipts Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL Proven work experience as a truck driver Clean driving record Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) If you are a reliable and dedicated individual with a passion for driving and delivering goods, we want you to join our team at AMBSIMS & Associates Corp.
