Dispatcher/Route Coordinator

Labcorp seeks a Dispatcher/Route Coordinator for its Englewood, Colorado location to manage specimen pickup scheduling and logistics operations. The role involves coordinating resources, managing high-volume communications, and optimizing routes while balancing customer service with operational efficiency on a second-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch specimen pickups using route management software
• Manage high-volume email and phone communications to coordinate employees and vendors
• Monitor service area performance and develop solutions for client needs
• Maintain productivity and expense targets while meeting customer response expectations
• Process requests and inquiries across multiple database systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years logistics, customer service, or operations experience
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

Compensation: $18.29-$24.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential for second shift
