About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale identity governance solutions using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) . This role will focus on application onboarding, access governance, certification campaigns, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle processes while supporting security, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep Saviynt expertise with strong integration, automation, and development skills to deliver scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

What You'll Do
Identity Governance & Administration

• Configure, customize, and maintain Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud modules, including:
  • Access Reviews
  • Certifications
  • Entitlement Management
  • Role Management
  • Request Management
• Design and implement identity governance controls aligned with security and compliance standards.

Application Onboarding

• Onboard enterprise applications across:
  • On-premises environments
  • Cloud platforms
  • SaaS applications
• Utilize Saviynt out-of-the-box and custom connectors for system integrations.
• Configure provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows.

Access Certifications & Governance

• Design and deploy user, role, and entitlement certification campaigns.
• Configure reviewer hierarchies, delegations, escalation paths, SLA management, and automated remediation workflows.
• Support segregation of duties (SoD) and access governance initiatives.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise platforms such as:
  • ServiceNow
  • CyberArk
  • Directory Services
  • HR Systems
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Perform entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, and production support activities.

Development & Customization

• Build custom Saviynt workflows and enhancements.
• Develop Java-based customizations and wrappers for Saviynt APIs.
• Create and maintain scripts, automation processes, and reusable integration components.

Documentation & Audit Support

• Produce configuration documentation, operational runbooks, and implementation guides.
• Maintain audit artifacts and evidence to support compliance reviews.
• Partner with internal and external audit teams during assessments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Experience with:
  • Application onboarding
  • Access reviews and certifications
  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Role and entitlement governance
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization concepts.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt certification(s).
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with:
  • ServiceNow
  • CyberArk
  • Cloud Identity platforms
• Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks, including:
  • SOX
  • GDPR
  • NIST
• Strong Java development experience supporting Saviynt customizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM transformations.
