What You’ll Do
Perform residential, move-out, and deep cleanings
Complete short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and detailed living spaces
Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
Work independently or lead a small team when needed
Ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and consistently to SD Sparkle standards
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual (this is essential)
Detail-oriented with pride in your work
Physically able to clean for several hours
Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and use checklists
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — paid training is provided
Job Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Authorization to work in the U.S.
