Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Plan, coordinate, and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents

• Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and other support staff

• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed, and maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Develop and manage the dietary department's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and supplies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that dietary needs are met

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a dietary or healthcare setting
