Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday

What Youll Do
Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
Assist residents with life skills development including budgeting self-care medication management and community living skills.
Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
Develop and implement individualized service plans.
Connect residents with community resources and support services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with treatment teams providers and supports to promote positive outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Associates Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
- Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Drivers License.
