What You'll Do You will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities, developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy. The administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started. The Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan helps keep your schedule consistent. If we are unable to replace a cancelled visit, you’ll be paid for up to two cancellations per month.
