General Dentist – Practice Builder Opportunity | Charleston, SC

A growing private practice in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking an ambitious, relationship-focused General Dentist to join its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who enjoys building a practice, developing long-term patient relationships, and helping expand a thriving office in one of the Southeast's most desirable coastal markets.

The ideal candidate is a true practice builder who is motivated to grow a loyal patient base while providing comprehensive, high-quality care. Candidates must be comfortable performing surgical procedures and endodontic treatment , as these services are an important part of the practice. Implant placement experience is welcomed but not required, with mentorship and continued clinical development available.

Position Overview

• Location: Charleston, SC
• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on surgery and endodontics; implant placement welcomed
• Facility: Modern, multi-operatory practice with experienced clinical support
• Patient Base: Primarily cash and private insurance (no Medicaid)
• Daily Volume: Consistent new and existing patient flow with hygiene checks
• Ideal Candidate: A motivated practice builder who is comfortable with surgical procedures and root canal therapy while growing a long-term patient base

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Daily minimum guarantee to start, transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
