We are looking for a mostly remote Recruiting Coordinator based in the Bay Area to join a fast-paced recruitment team. This is a Contract position focused on supporting high-volume recruitment activities, coordinating candidate interactions, and helping move applicants efficiently through the recruitment process. The role is well suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable balancing scheduling, screening, and onboarding support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incoming applicants from online sourcing channels and identify candidates who align with current recruitment needs.

• Arrange interviews across multiple stages and keep calendars, logistics, and participant availability organized.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the process by sending interview details, follow-up messages, and status updates.

• Perform initial phone or virtual screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and overall fit before manager review.

• Support large-scale recruitment efforts by managing a substantial candidate pipeline and maintaining momentum across open roles.

• Help advance candidates through pre-employment steps, including roles that require background investigations and drug testing.

• Provide administrative support for onboarding activities and assist with the coordination of recruiting or recruitment events.

• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure recruiting documentation is updated throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Prior experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or a related talent acquisition or HR support function.

• Three or more years of recruiting experience is preferred, though candidates with relevant coordination experience will also be considered.

• Background in HR coordination work with hands-on recruiting responsibility may be a strong match for this opportunity.

• Ability to manage interview scheduling and candidate communication with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and experience working within structured hiring workflows.

• Comfortable supporting full-cycle or corporate recruiting efforts in a high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

IMPORTANT: This position is REMOTE with exception of the following dates which are onsite in San Francisco or Santa Rosa: August 18-20, August 25, August 26, September 14-15
