Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Las Vegas, NV — ideal for a driven attorney who wants to be in the courtroom, not on a Zoom call.

Note: Active Nevada Bar license is required prior to start. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV. Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience as a practicing attorney is required; plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, or sexual abuse experience is a strong plus.

Job Description

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial, working alongside partners and senior associates
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trust and understanding their legal, personal, and economic needs
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence, and develop litigation strategy
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trial preparation
• Stay current on Nevada law and regulations affecting the firm's practice areas
• Build your own referral network and client base with leadership support and mentorship
• Engage with local, state, and national trial lawyer associations to build your professional profile

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada Bar license (required)
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong legal research, analytical, and written advocacy skills
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while meeting deadlines
• Plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, or sexual abuse background is a plus
